What purchases are eligible for a return?

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your item(s) was delivered, we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

How do I make a return?

  1. To start the return process, contact us directly via email ourteam@riseanddew.com. Please include the order number and your name along with the reason for your return. 
  2. Once we have verified that you are eligible for a return, we will share our shipping address with you.
  3. Upon receipt and inspection, we will send an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
  4. If approved, then the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. It typically takes 2 to 5 business days for funds to appear in your bank account.

What should I do if I haven’t received my refund?

  1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
  2. Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
  3. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
  4. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at ourteam@riseanddew.com

Can I refund a sale item?

Unfortunately, all sale items are final purchases and only regular priced items may be refunded.

EXCHANGES

What purchases are eligible for an exchange?

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your item(s) was delivered, we unfortunately can’t offer you an exchange. Exception: All purchases made prior to December 25, 2019, are eligible for exchange until January 3, 2020.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

How do I make an exchange?  

  1. To start the exchange process, contact us directly via email ourteam@riseanddew.com. Please include the order number and your name along with the reason for your exchange. 
  2. Once we have verified that you are eligible for an exchange, we will share our shipping address with you.
  3. Upon receipt and inspection, we will send an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. 
  4. If approved, then the exchange will be processed, and the new requested item will be shipped to you.

Who covers shipping costs for returns and exchanges?

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. However, for exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping for your new requested item.

Can I exchange a sale item?

Unfortunately, all sale items are final purchases and only regular priced items may be exchanged.
